Membership Agreement

1. Parties

STH TURİZM ORG. VE DAN. LTD. ŞTİ (hereinafter referred to as "STH Travel") residing at Balmumcu Mahallesi Bestekar Şevki Bey Sokak No:13 Beşiktaş, İstanbul, which carries out the activities of the sthteam.com website.

The internet user who is a member of the sthteam.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for the member to benefit from the website sthteam.com owned by STH Travel.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • The Member declares that the information provided while becoming a member of the sthteam.com website is correct and that they will compensate for the damages that STH Travel will suffer in case of unreality.
  • The Member cannot give their password to other persons or organizations; the right of use belongs to them personally.
  • The Member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation while using the site.
  • The Member cannot use the site in a way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs and harasses others.
  • STH Travel will not be responsible for damages that may arise from the reading of member data by unauthorized persons.
  • The Member has accepted not to access the software and data of other internet users without permission.
  • STH Travel always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member or lock their account.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

STH Travel may use the personal information of the member to provide better service, improve its products and facilitate site usage. The Member agrees that they allow campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction applications to be offered to them by STH Travel and its partners.

5. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by STH Travel.

6. Settlement of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this agreement.

7. Enforcement

The member's registration means that they have read and accepted all the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the member becoming a member and entered into force mutually.
