Cancellation and Refund Terms
In all events and tours carried out as STH Team, the following cancellation and refund terms are applied in order not to interrupt operational planning and to prevent our guests from suffering:
1. Cancellation Processes
For cancellation requests made up to 30 days (1 month) before the event or tour, 50% of the total amount paid is refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Period
No refund is made for cancellation requests with less than 30 days (1 month) remaining until the event or tour.
3. Force Majeure
In case of documentable force majeure events (health problems, official restrictions, etc.), assistance will be provided within the framework of the refund policies of the relevant institutions (airline, hotel, etc.). However, a definite refund guarantee depends on the conditions of the supplier companies.
4. Refund Payments
Approved refunds are returned to the bank account or credit card where the payment was made within 14 business days following the cancellation approval.
